The Less Is More challenge this week is to make a one layer card using three individual stamps. Both the Tall Trees and the Quote stamps that I chose to use are from Chocolate Baroque and the flock of birds is a Clarity stamp. I also used three distress inkpads ( by coincidence ), Gathered Twigs, Bundled Sage and Forest moss. I used a water brush to draw out a little of the ink at the base of the trees just to ground them a bit.
I am also going to enter this for St. Luke's Charity Cards Challenge who want a one layer card this month too.
Thank you to every one who drops by to take a look and for all your lovely comments.

I love that grounding of the trees & the whole composition is so restful. I've not used the waterbrush technique for a while & am definitely missing it - this just shows how terrifically it can be used.
